Become a Labor Day Auction Volunteer

Plans are underway for Hospice & Community Care’s annual Labor Day Auction, and we hope you will consider volunteering! Being an Auction volunteer is a lot of fun. Whether it’s helping with set-up, selling raffle tickets or showcasing items up for bid, we have something for everyone, even children over 12.

We need strong individuals to help set up for the event the week prior, August 26 – August 31. Throughout that week, volunteers will set up tables, and chairs, and unload auction items as well as enjoy delicious homemade lunches! You can volunteer for a few hours or a few days. We are also in need of volunteers with pickup trucks or large vehicles for hauling donated items.

Volunteers will receive a confirmation letter with scheduled shifts in mid-August.
